Whole haf-cooked duck Foie gras Entier de Canard with gingerbread
This foie gras harmonizes the gingerbread with the best of the duck. The whole half-cooked duck foie gras is melting and smooth and has a strong flavour revealed by the aromatic tastes of the gingerbread. Original and quite a success.
Conseils d'utilisation :
Take your foie gras out of the fridge 10 to 15 minutes before tasting it. Cut it with a cheese wire or a knife you let under warm water. You should serve it with a sweet wine or champagne whose traditional aromas will remind the foie gras.
