Indisputably, the best foie gras. Pay attention this product is only available from the 1st December because of its short time of preservation as it is cooked at low temperature.

Conseils d'utilisation :

Take out the foie gras for 10 or 15 minutes before tasting it, then open the packing and with a cheese wire cut half-a-centimetre slice.  Put a nice slice on each plate with some mango chutney to have a sweet and savoury mixture and a toasted slice of farmhouse bread.

Advice of the wine waiter: You should taste this foie gras with our Monbazillac Château la Robertie, a great bottle with a marvellous delicacy.
