Whole Duck Foie Gras in nectar of Figs and Quince

Cooking innovation and fruity combinations led us to introduce you this whole half-cooked duck foie gras  in nectar of figs and quince.  The harmony of these flavours will surprise you when you discover these multiple tastes.  You must try it !  Half-cooked product, you should put it into your fridge on receipt.  You can keep it for about 6 months.  Delivery by colissimo within 48 hours.  Packaging : punnet with protective cap.


Conseils d'utilisation :

Take it out of your fridge and turn it out, wait for about 15 minutes and then cut it with a cheese wire or a knife you let under warm water.  Put it on a dish and back to the frigde until you want to serve it. You can eat it with thinly cut farmhouse bread that you toasted just before.  On your plate you can put some salt of  Guerande and pepper it.  Advice of the wine waiter : The delicious Saussignac, extraordianary vintage coming from late harvest, will develop the aromas of  quines, honey and grapes.  It is the best association with this foie gras because of their similar flavours.
