The Terrine of Goose Magret (steaklet) is a delicious pâté composed of goose magret split by hand and traditional forcemeat.  It marinades in Muscatel and then is cooked lightly like in the old times.  All the aromas give then this unique and spicy taste.  A price-pleasure rato quite nice.
