The Soufflé of Lobster is an individual starter. You have to brown it in the oven for some minutes and taste this original union coming from modern cooking.
Open the cap and put the soufflé into the oven for 10 minutes at 150°C and then grill it for 5 minutes. Taste it immediately with a Sancerre from Domaine Alphonse Mellot.
