Rolls ("Flûteaux") of Ham with Duck Foie Gras

As starter or during an aperitive, the rolls ("flûteaux) of ham are thin rolled slices of ham with, in their heart, duck foie gras coated in a thin jelly.  Nature or in a salad, discover this astonishing recipe from Perigord.


Conseils d'utilisation :
Put the tin into the fridge at least 6 hours before eating it, open both sides then take the jelly away.  Cut the rolls of ham in thin slices for the aperitive or let them entire for a starter.  Put some jelly around the rolls and serve it quite cool.


Ingrédients :
superior jam 40%, block of duck foie gras 30%, (duck foie gras, water, salt), Armagnac jelly, salt, pepper, spices.
