Pâté of Duck Foie Gras

A greedy recipe associating pork's flesh and block of duck foie gras.
50 % foie gras, it is a speciality rich in taste, of a big sharpness. It is the real pâté of our grand-mothers, that will make you rediscover the authenticity of the delights of formerly.

Available in box of 130g, for 3 to 4 persons, 200g for 4 to 6 parts, and 400g for 8 to 10 gourmands.

DLC: 4 years Preservation at room temperature.
Delivery colissimo followed handed against signature for 6€.



Ingrédients :
A block of foie gras 50 % (duck foie gras, salt, pepper, sugar, jelly, Porto), pork flesh mixed with lean duck foie gras, egg, salt, pepper, jelly, Armagnac.
