Magret (steaklet) of duck stuffed with foie gras

In apéritif accompanied of one Champagne of small producer, or in entrance for a salad Sarladaise, our duck breast filled with the foie gras will delight the gourmands fond of authentic products and old recipes of Périgord. A delight for papillae and an originality little known beyond our borders to be shared between friends.

This product is available in two conditionings:

In canned food: 390g, it is the product which bewares at room temperature, during 4 years.
Under vacuum: 250g, freshly vacuum-packed product of air(sight), DLC of 3 weeks. You can freeze this product from reception, and serve it several months later. For it defrost 48 hours in advance.

Canned food:
magret (steaklet) of duck 64%, lobe of duck foie gras 25%, water, preservatives : nitric salt, salpetre, ascorbic acid, Cognac, jelly, sugar, dextrose, spices, aromatic plants.

Under vacuum:
magret (steaklet) of duck, duck foie gras, salt and Peppered on the outside.
