A loaf of duck magret (steaklet) is a starter with a heart of foie gras coated in a delicate forcemeat prepared with a duck steaklet like in the old times.

Taste it cold with nice farmhouse bread and it will be a delight for 4 persons.

Steaklet of duck 30%, duck foie gras 25%, lean and fat pork, egg, Porto, milk, Armagnac, preservatives : nitric salt, ascorbic acid, wheat flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg, sugar.
