Just poached half-cooked duck Foie gras

This whole lobe of duck foie gras is cooked at low temperature and will remind you the homemade recipes.  A simple, melting taste in your mouth, quite easy to slice because of its cushion form, this product will delight all the finest connoisseurs of the purest recipes.

Conseils d'utilisation :

Take your foie gras 10 to 15 minutes before tasting it, then open the packaging and with a thin knife you let under warm water, cut the foie gras into 1/2 cm slices.  Put them on each plate with onion jam prepared with Monbazillac and a farmhouse bread slice or to surprise your guests a toasted gingerbread slice.
