The walnut cake is a delicious light and melting dessert. It is proposed with its jar of mini-pears which simmered in a syrup with brandy of pear. The union of the walnut and the pear with a slight taste of Pear Brandy will delight the palate of all your guests.
The walnut cake can be tasted cold or warm with quite cool pears. Custard will highlight the two ingredients magically.
