The figs stuffed with duck foie gras cooked with salt.  Lightly poached in a sweet white wine , the figs are smooth and are perfect for the whole duck foie gras.

Delicacies for an aperitive, they are proposed under vacuum by set of 4 figs containing each about 13 g of foie gras.
