Figs stuffed with Duck Foie gras

The figs stuffed with duck foie gras are cooked with salt and are aperitive delicacies that had to be invented.  This speciality proposes a harmony of flavours with an explosive fruity taste.

Taste them with a sweet white wine, it will develop the smoothness of the foie gras ameliorated by the crispy body of the poached dry figs.

Set of 4 or 8 figs stuffed with foie gras.  To be kept in the fridge.



Conseils d'utilisation :

You should serve them quite cool with some farmhouse bread slices.  Don't hesitate to open a great Monbazillac from Château de Monbazillac which will explose in mouth at the same time as the figs with foie gras.

You can keep them maximum for 3 weeks.
