The cuvée "Classic" of Domaine Tariquet new vintage is again a full success this year. Fruitier, thanks to the 2009's sunshine, the grapes Ugni Blanc and Colombard, brings this extraordinary freshness needed for a dry and gourmet aperitif wine. Slightly rounder than usual because of an excellent maturity, "Classic" is a great bottle with good value for money.

Serve it with a small pot of duck paté and then "Happiness is in the field"!
