Novating and rustic recipe, the Conserved Duck Pot with garlic cream and broad beans is a dish with a strong taste.  Nice union between the conserved duck and the strong but fine taste of the blanched garlic cloves.  You can serve it with fresh pasta.  It is a friendly recipe to eat with friends for an unexpected meal.


Conseils d'utilisation :
