Cassoulet with Conserved Goose

A great classic of the South-West gastronomy made of haricot beans cooked with goose fat, delicious Toulouse sausages and nice conserved goose pieces.  A quite successful recipe.


Conseils d'utilisation :
Put your cassoulet in an oven dish.  Sliced thinly a clove of garlic that you put into your cassoulet.  Cover it with dried breadcrumbs and then warm it up covered at 150°c for about 15 minutes and uncovered on grill for 5 minutes.

Ingrédients : haricots beans 48%, conserved goose 15%, Toulouse sausages fried in goose fat 15%, poultry stock, diced bacon, tomatoes, goose fat, wheat flour, salt, spices and aromates.
