Block of Goose Foie Gras

Delicious and delicate starter, the block of goose foie gras is the finest foie gras.  Special for "high tea" aperitives, or for a feast plate, it should be tasted cool.  Thanks to the different packagings you always find the size that suits you.  You can keep it for 4 years at ambient temperature.  Delivery by colissimo within 48 hours.  Packaging : tin.


Conseils d'utilisation :
Put your foie gras into the fridge for at least 4 hours before eating.  Take it out of the fridge, open the tin on both sides and take only one side away.  Push on the other side.  Wait for about 15 minutes and cut it with a cheese wire or a knife you let under warm water.  Put it on a dish and back into the fridge.  Some salt and a sweet touch could be given by fried apples or apple chutney.  Advice of the wine waiter : Because of its delicacy, it is better to serve the goose foie gras with lightly sweet wine rather fruity ones.  We propose you to discover the Château Miaudoux coming from biologic agriculture.
