Piece of Duck Foie Gras

It is an harmonious  piece of prepared foies gras and bits of whole foie gras.  It is particularly appreciated for its melting body on toasts for an aperitive or a marvellous starter as the Sarladaise dish.

You can keep it for 4 years at ambient temperature. Delivery by colissimo within 48 hours.
Packaging : tin.

After having put your foie gras in the fridge for 4 hours, open the tin on both sides and take away only one side.  Push on the other one.  Wait for about 15 minutes and cut it with a cheese wire or a knife you let under warm water.  Put it on a dish and back to the fridge until you serve it.

You can serve it with a sweet-savoury touch like an onion marmelade with Xeres vinegar which is a delight that will highlight your toasts.

Advice of the wine waiter : Discover the Côtes de Bergerac (Sweet) from Château la Robertie.  It is fruity and delicate and will highlight the smartness of the foie gras.
