This domain is exploited since 1990 by Mister Després, partisan lover of the even biodynamic and organic farming. That is it uses of weeding, nor of fertilizer, and no pesticide of synthesis. His work is also in agreement with the lunar cycle. The preparations which serve for dealing are natural. Today, the domain account 20 ha among which 15 ha of vineyards.
